Horizon Cellars would be thrilled to host your wine dinner, hors d’oeuvres party, wedding reception, rehearsal dinner, birthday celebration, anniversary party, family reunion, business meeting, corporate picnic, or any other private event of your dreams.  Our recently completed outdoor, special event area is extra large and can easily accommodate a 70 by 60 foot tent.

The example table below shows starting prices for typical private events, which we can tailor to meet your requirements.  Your imagination and our hospitality expertise can create an elegant, unusual, or romantic event that your guests will remember for years to come!

Our capable Staff can handle up to 60 guests at short notice, and 250 guests with advanced planning.  Our Event Planner is available to discuss Larger Events requiring more advance planning and permitting.  We also offer Private Wine Tasting, Winemaking Education Talks, and Gourmet Catering at our location or Yours.

Tables, chairs, tablecloths, napkins, silverware, and glassware are generally included in our prices with each private event.  Private Event Venue fees are determined on an individual event basis.  Serving staff are an additional cost, as required for the event size.  All large parties require a waiver of responsibilities form.  A 30% fee will be charged for cancellations not received within 72 hours of the event’s start time.
